Arlene Dickinson, star of the show "Dragon's Den" and a member of the Canada-U.S. relations advisory council, says her former costar Kevin O'Leary does not speak for Canada with the Trump administration. She also urged Alberta Premier Danielle Smith to put the interests of Canada first in negotiations with the U.S. president.
